i enjoy these gummies to the max they help me fall asleep however they don’t allow me to stay asleep. that’s probably just a problem with melatonin so it’s not entirely a problem with the product. i catch myself waking up at random times throughout the night and i have a hard time falling back asleep. to the point where i took two again to fall back asleep (i know bad mistake) and ended up waking super groggy and more tried than ever. so i suggest taking three to get the full effect. but it really depends on you and your body. i’m 18 and struggle completely with falling asleep asap. mainly because i don’t get tired as quickly. overall this product is amazing, taste great and the packaging is super cute!
