How long will it take my order to arrive?

Orders usually ship same-day or next-day. Orders are shipped same-day if placed before 12PM EST on a business day. Orders after that will ship the next business day. Be assured you'll be kept updated via email, where you’ll receive a tracking number and link to track your order the moment your order ships! Allow up to 24hr for tracking numbers to update with latest status.

1. Orders shipped with "3-Day Express Standard" will arrive in an average of 3 business days (1-5 business day range) after shipment.

2. Orders shipped with "3-Day Express Expedited + Priority Processing" in an average of 2-3 business days (1-4 business day range) after shipment.

Can I cancel an order after I place it?

Inventory reservations are made instantly, so we are unable to cancel orders after you place them. You may still try and reach out to cancel your order, but we can not guarantee that we will be able to successfully cancel it.

All delivery dates and times are not guaranteed and are rough approximate estimates. The actual exact processing and/or delivery speed of your order can and will vary, sometimes significantly. This may especially be the case during holiday periods, certain promotional events, during order volume spikes, or when a product is on backorder/pre-order. The estimated days are business days, which do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays.

If your package is marked as delivered but can't be found, call or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking #.

Cloudy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We have no control over your package after it is handed off to the carrier. We do not refund/replace orders that are marked as delivered.

You agree to immediately inspect any goods purchased upon receipt of your purchase order. If you received an order shipped from Cloudy that is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact Cloudy Support immediately to explain the problem with your order and to request a refund or replacement goods. Please complete this inspection & contact our support if there is any issue within 3 days of delivery.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing all shipments (which for the purpose of this clause shall be deemed to include the contents of packaged Products as well as the packages themselves and the number of packages) shall be deemed correct and undamaged unless at the time of delivery Customer specifies on Cloudy's copy of the delivery documentation the precise shortfall or error in delivery or inform Cloudy of such shortfall or error in writing within three (3) days after the original delivery date of the given shipment. Customer’s failure to inform Cloudy in this way shall constitute a waiver of any such claim. All communications with Cloudy must include the single Order Number provided in Cloudy's Order Confirmation, and the exact nature of the discrepancy between the order and shipment in number or type of Products shipped. For under-shipments, Cloudy shall, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement shipment, or a credit to Customer’s account within thirty (30) days of receipt of Customer written notice.

Note that in the case your country has any additional fees, we are not liable to pay them. You are solely responsible for paying any import duties/taxes. 

Customer, as importer of the Products, shall be responsible for the payment of all copyright levies, recycling fees and other similar duties imposed on the Products (or parts thereof) or their packaging by central or local authorities, collecting societies or other institutions. Cloudy may communicate from time to time that, in relation to specific Products, it has elected to account to the relevant body and / or join a scheme, arrangement or collective agreement on Customer’s behalf. Where Cloudy does so, it may charge these fees, levies or costs to Customer on the Product invoices. In addition to the payment of recycling fees or similar duties, local law or recycling schemes may require importers or scheme members to comply with certain take-back, collection or recycling requirements. Customer shall comply with such requirements and any additional requirements as may be communicated by Cloudy from time to time.

In some cases (large wholesale orders, orders placed on hold pending information confirmation, orders placed on hold pending investigation of potential fraud, periods of high order volume, pre-orders, etc.) your order may be subject to additional processing & shipping delays. Please be patient during these cases & feel free to reach out to support for updates.

When ordering from TryCloudy.com you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. Please confirm with local authorities that the specific products & all ingredients may be lawfully purchased, imported, used, and sold in your particular region, and that you are above any minimum age requirements.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Cloudy has no control over these charges, nor can Cloudy predict what they may be.

Customer shall comply with all laws, regulations and orders of the United States, the United Nation Organization, and the member states of the European Union and the European Free Trade Association, applicable to the export, re-export, transfer or resale of products or the provision of services and related technical data (“Export Laws”). Purchaser shall not (i) make Products or Services available in any country in contravention of any Export Laws, or any other law, and (ii) not make Products or Services available in a country for which an export license or other governmental approval is required without first obtaining all necessary licenses or other approvals.

Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

It is your responsibility to know the laws of the country into which you are importing any Products that you order from Cloudy. By placing an order you certify that the import of the Products you have ordered to the country of the shipping address you have provided does not violate any laws or regulations of that country or region.

In certain limited scenarios, customers may be able to arrange for their own pickup or may be able to pick up their order from one of our facilities.

Items in your order may be shipped via a single shipment, or via multiple shipments. For example, if your order contains an item that is on backorder/pre-order, then we may ship the in-stock item(s) in your order first, and then later ship the back-order/pre-order item once it becomes available. Any delay in delivery will not relieve you of your obligation to accept the remaining deliveries. Cloudy shall not be liable for any failure to ship complete orders or for any shipment delay.

All Products purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that title to and the risk of loss or damage of such Products passes to you upon our delivery of the Product to the third party courier.

Once your payment is processed, ownership in the items will shift from Cloudy, to you (except in scenarios in which your order may be subject to a hold or delay due to a scenario such as: your order or account needs additional verification, a suspected or actual breach in any of our terms or policies (including our Terms of Service), suspected or actual fraud, an issue with the information that you provided, the products or components are unavailable, there was a pricing error, an unusuality or irregularity in your order or account, or similar. In such case, this ownership in the items will shift from Cloudy to you once our fulfillment center has begun processing your order or when your order has been delivered to the third-party courier.)

Cloudy may refuse service, refuse to process or complete your order, remove or edit content, or cancel such orders for any reason or for no reason, in its sole discretion.

You authorise Cloudy and its nominated agents and contractors to perform any of the following activities in connection with the delivery of any Products: (i) to act as your agent to make and file customs declarations and all related actions as your direct representative, which expressly includes completing any documents, amending product or Harmonised System codes, and paying any duties, taxes or penalties required under applicable laws and regulations; (ii) to act as forwarding agent for customs import and export control purposes solely for the purpose of designating a customs broker to perform customs clearance and entry; and (iii) to redirect an order to your customs broker or other address upon request by any person whom Cloudy's nominated agents and contractors believe in its reasonable opinion to be authorised. You maintain the sole responsibility & agree to: comply with all applicable laws, file customs declarations and all related actions, complete any documents, amend product or Harmonised System codes, pay any duties or taxes or penalties, complete all import & export, and complete customs clearance & entry.

Whilst Cloudy will make every effort to supply Customer with the Products and/or Services listed on the Order Confirmation, there may be occasions where Cloudy is unable to supply these Products and/or Services because, for example, (i) such Products or Services are no longer being manufactured or available, (ii) Cloudy is unable to source relevant components or (iii) there was a pricing error. In such circumstances, Cloudy will contact Customer and may suggest alternative Products or Services that Customer might wish to purchase (at the same or different price). In the event of a pricing error, Cloudy will communicate the correct price to Customer. If Customer does not accept Cloudy's proposed substitution or the price modification, then Cloudy will cancel the Order and refund any money that Customer may have paid to Cloudy in respect of the Order. The repayment of such monies will be the extent of Cloudy's liability to Customer if Cloudy is unable to deliver the Products and/or Services ordered by Customer. Once Cloudy has sent the Order Confirmation to Customer, Customer generally may not cancel the Order.

Unless otherwise notified by Cloudy in writing, title to and the right to retake possession of the Products purchased from Cloudy shall remain with Cloudy until all sums owing to it by Customer in respect of the Products shall have been paid in full. Cloudy may, at Customer’s expense, retake possession of the Products. For that purpose, Customer grants Cloudy, or any party representing or elected by Cloudy, an irrevocable licence to enter the premises where the Products then are, and, at Cloudy's option in so doing, act in the name of Customer. So long as such title to and rights over Products remains with Cloudy, Customer shall keep the Products stored in such a manner which enables them to be identified as the Products and, wherever required by Cloudy, identify the Products to Cloudy.

Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment.
