How long will it take my order to arrive?

Orders usually ship same-day or next-day. Orders are shipped same-day if placed before 12PM EST on a business day. Orders after that will ship the next business day. Be assured you'll be kept updated via email, where you’ll receive a tracking number and link to track your order the moment your order ships! Allow up to 24hr for tracking numbers to update with latest status.

1. Orders shipped with "3-Day Express Standard" will arrive in an average of 3 business days (1-5 business day range) after shipment.

2. Orders shipped with "3-Day Express Expedited + Priority Processing" in an average of 2-3 business days (1-4 business day range) after shipment.

3. Orders shipped with "2-Day Express Expedited + Highest Priority Processing" in an average of 1-2 business days (1-2 business day range) after shipment.

Can I cancel an order after I place it?

Inventory reservations are made instantly, so we are unable to cancel orders after you place them. You may still try and reach out to cancel your order, but we can not guarantee that we will be able to successfully cancel it.

If your package is marked as delivered but can't be found, call or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking #.

Cloudy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We have no control over your package after it is handed off to the carrier. We are unable to refund/replace orders that are marked as delivered.

In some cases (large wholesale orders, orders placed on hold pending information confirmation, orders placed on hold pending investigation of potential fraud, periods of high order volume, pre-orders, etc.) your order may be subject to additional processing & shipping delays.
