Orders are expected to ship sometime between Dec 5 - Dec 25. Your order should arrive quickly after shipment (~3 business days for US orders or ~6 business days for international orders). Be assured you'll be kept updated via email, where you’ll receive a tracking number and link to track your order the moment your order ships! When will my package ship after I order?

Orders are shipped same-day if placed before 12PM EST on a business day. Orders after that will ship the next business day.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

1. Orders shipped with "3-Day Express" will arrive in an average of 2 business days (1-3 business day range) after shipment.

2. Orders shipped with "2-Day Express" will arrive in 1-2 business days after shipment.

3. Orders shipped with "First Class Package International" will arrive in an average of 5 business days (3-12 business day range) after shipment.

Can I cancel an order after I place it?

Inventory reservations are made instantly, so we are unable to cancel orders after you place them.

A tracking code will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.

If your package is marked as delivered but can't be found, call or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking #.

Cloudy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We have no control over your package after it is handed off to the carrier. We do not refund/replace orders that are marked as delivered.
